Arne Slot has come under scrutiny after admitting he's "surprised" to hear that his position at the club is in the spotlight amid an underwhelming season. The Reds are a distant 14 points behind leaders Arsenal in the Premier League and there has been speculation Slot could depart at the end of the season.
